Jason McNamara serves on the Board of Directors of Celink, the nation’s largest independent reverse mortgage subservicer. He is also a principal at Peer Advisors LLC, which acquired Celink in February 2014. Peer Advisors LLC focuses on the emerging senior housing finance market, including reverse mortgages. McNamara has led a team of industry experts that have introduced the reverse mortgage industry to private capital investment firms in an effort to grow the industry, and has also developed a senior home finance product that is patent pending. McNamara specializes in business leadership, corporate strategy, product development, business development, technology, and marketing. McNamara is a Director on the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) Board of Directors, serves as Treasurer of NRMLA’s Executive Committee and Co-Chairs NRMLA’s Public Relations Committee. McNamara came to Celink as an internationally recognized marketing and technology thought leader with 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar growth in start-ups as well as public and multi-national organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Ryan LaRose has over 20 years of mortgage servicing background including experience with Default Management and Investor Accounting. He is widely acknowledged throughout the reverse mortgage industry as a subject matter expert in servicing. Prior to joining Celink, LaRose worked in the banking and information technology industries. He joined Celink in 2005 to establish the Reverse Mortgage Servicing Department. In 2014, he received national recognition through selection as one of HousingWire Magazine’s ‘Rising Stars’ – young professionals under the age of 40 poised for leadership in the mortgage industry. LaRose maintains excellent relationships with regulators, auditors, investors, lenders and clients alike, including Fannie Mae, HUD and Ginnie Mae. He is an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) and currently co-chairs its Servicing Committee. He holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University.
