SOPs: Nothing "standard" about Celink's industry-leading Standard Operating Procedures
Celink has developed a comprehensive, detailed set of operating procedures that cover virtually every servicing duty and / or responsibility.
Because reverse loan administration is such a highly specialized endeavor, Celink patterns its policies and procedures after HUD, Fannie Mae and other investor guidelines.
All procedures and policies are included in Celink's SOP manual, available online to all employees and updated in real time. New employees are required to read the entire SOP manual during their highly detailed proprietary training and orientation, and they are tested on their knowledge of critical servicing functions.
Celink has also process-mapped all of the servicing functions, and uses these maps extensively in training employees throughout their careers with the company.
