With a growing client base and increasing demands, along with projected market growth as the front end of the Baby Boomer generation has just begun its retirement years, Celink, in April 2007 migrated its back-end database to an IBM DB II database environment. The move further solidifies its positioning capabilities for clients’ future requirements. The migration occurred successfully and transparently, without disruption. And the next evolution was on the horizon.

In early 2008, the front-end of ReverServ™ completed its migration to a Java (J2EE) web-based interface using IBM rational tools for reporting. The result? A web-based servicing platform that provides for:

  • Ease of customization to clients’ requirements and reporting needs.
  • Automated execution of user functions.
  • Web touch and feel.
  • Added functionality to interfaces.
  • Ease of new private-label product additions.
  • Data compression, reduced storage requirements and back-up times.

 hold promise of delivering even greater functionality, service and servicing options:
  • Industry-recognized security capabilities inherent in Java technologies.
  • Remote access to loan level information via the Internet.
