Headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, Celink incorporated in 1969. From once relative obscurity and then mainstream acceptance, the company soon emerged as a niche-market servicing specialist across a broad range of loan products – FHA Title I and Title II products; hi-LTV 125 loans; conventional home improvement and energy loans; and mobile home loans.
Celink first began subservicing loans in 1979 for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority in 1979; MHSDA remains a client to this day.
With almost three decades of experience and expertise in loan servicing excellence to its name, Celink set course for an equally successful future in the reverse mortgage industry. With no information

yet available, Celink was the first to develop proprietary software, ReverServ™, in 2004. The following year, Fannie Mae approved the company as a reverse mortgage servicer.
Today, Celink is the nation’s largest independent reverse mortgage subservicer. A Standard and Poor’s ―select servicer of reverse mortgages, the company also ranks as the fourth-largest servicer of HUD-insured home equity conversion mortgage (HECM) loans in the reverse mortgage industry. Licensed in all 50 states, with clients in 23, Celink subservices an additional 30,000 ―forward mortgages. Today, the company’s portfolio – most of which is private-labeled reverse mortgages – exceeds $2 billion.
